It\u2019s our privilege to share this wonderful news of the love of God through the Gospel of Jesus.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Trinity is a member of a wider body of congregations referred to as the Lutheran Church \u2013 Missouri Synod. We \u201cwalk together,\u201d united in proclaiming the Word of God in all its truth and purity, holding fast to a shared confession of Jesus Christ \u2013 The Lamb of God \u2013 as taught in Holy Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions. And in grateful response to God\u2019s grace and empowered by the Holy Spirit through His Word and Sacraments, Trinity strives to make known the love of Christ by word and deed within our church, community, and to the \u201cends of the Earth!\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Grace alone<\/u>:<\/span>\u00a0God loved the gem of His creation so much that He gave His only begotten Son, \u201cthat whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life\u201d (John 3:16).\u00a0 We are saved by His grace and not by works of the Law.<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Faith alone:<\/u><\/span>\u00a0By His suffering and death as the substitute for all people of all time, Jesus purchased and won forgiveness and eternal life. Those who hear this Good News and are brought to faith have the eternal life that it offers. God creates faith in Christ and gives people the forgiveness of sin for Jesus sake.<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/b><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Word alone:<\/u>\u00a0<\/span>The Bible is God\u2019s holy, inerrant, and inspired Word in which He reveals His Law and His Gospel of salvation in Jesus Christ. It is the sole rule and norm for Christian doctrine and practice.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n This is ultimately what we are about as God\u2019s holy people in this place. Living in this fallen world continually provides opportunities which point to the important need for a solid grounding in God\u2019s Word and Sacraments.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Therefore, the focus or center of life at Trinity is the worship of Christ Jesus, the very \u201cLamb of God who takes away the sins of the world!\u201d\u00a0 (John\u00a0\u00a0 1:29). Through His death and resurrection, we are given new life through faith in His name. In, by, and through God\u2019s grace and mercy this newness of life is cultivated here through faithful Christ-centered liturgical worship and Bible study. The Lutheran Church \u2013 Missouri Synod teaches the doctrine of the Holy Trinity \u2013 God the Father, creator of all that exists; God the Son became human to suffer and die for the sins of all mankind and who rose from the grave proclaiming victory over sin, death, and the devil; and God the Holy Spirit creates faith through His Word and Sacraments.<\/span><\/strong>
The teachings of our church can be summarized by three phrases: Grace alone, Faith alone, Scripture alone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.trinitygallatin.org\/images\/Photos\/logo.gif\"){kind=logo}

Just as our Lord issued His invitation to \u201ccome and see\u201d (John 1:39), we urge you to do likewise! We invite you to visit Trinity and share with us in these gifts and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, so that together we may proclaim the praises of Him who has called us out of darkness and into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
We gather for worship each Lord\u2019s Day at 9:30 am, with Sunday school for adult and youth immediately following worship. We look forward to the opportunity to greet you personally and join in worshipping the King of Kings and Lord of Lords \u2013 our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
