He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Management and Communications from Concordia University \u2013 Mequon, WI (2000) and received his Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary \u2013 Ft. Wayne, IN (2002). He and his wife Stacy were married in 1985 and they have two daughters \u2013 Melissa, who is an Occupational Therapist in Glencoe, MN, and Cristina who is an Intensive Care Nurse in Nashville, TN.
